Photography of Classes
Easel & Co Staff
For social media content, internal training, and quality control, our staff may record portions or the entirety of private or public classes and events. You will be informed at the start of any session if recording is in progress, and you may opt out of being filmed. Recorded media may be published or used for promotional purposes by Easel & Co. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. While we retain ownership of such media, any request to remove your images will be actioned as soon as possible—no later than 2 business days. Please email all removal requests to events@easelandco.art with “urgent photo removal request” as the subject. No images of minors will be captured without parental or guardian consent.
Easel & Co Guests
Guests may take photos or videos during sessions provided that:
- The content features only themselves or their group.
- The activity does not disrupt the session.
- Consent is obtained from staff and models before inclusion.
- Filming large portions or entire sessions is not permitted.
Any privacy concerns should be reported to our on-site managers. Inappropriate photography may lead to immediate removal from the event.
Third Party Entertainment (Including Topless Waiters, Drag Queens, or Other)
Certain events may feature third party entertainment, which may include partial nudity as part of their performance. Under no circumstances will entertainers be permitted full-body nudity or be solicited for any escort services. Any breach of these conditions by entertainers or guests will result in immediate removal from the event, potential bans from future events, and may involve local authorities with fines or penalties imposed as applicable.
Environment
Surveillance
For the safety and security of guests and staff, please note that video surveillance and silent alarms may be in operation.
What to Wear
Due to the nature of our events, we request that guests wear comfortable and appropriate clothing. Clothing featuring profanity or insensitive messages should be avoided. Although protective aprons are provided, Easel & Co is not responsible for any damage or loss to clothing or personal items.
What to Bring (or Not to Bring!)
We recommend that guests bring minimal accessories, as secure storage for valuables is not provided. Easel & Co is not liable for any losses or damages to personal belongings.
Smoking (Including E-Cigarettes/Vaping)
Easel & Co events are held in smoke-free environments. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes or vaping, is strictly prohibited within the event space unless designated areas are provided by the event host or venue. Even at events held at your own venue, smoking must occur away from participants and is not allowed during the event.
Catering & Allergies
While Easel & Co does not directly provide catering services, we are happy to work with you to support your catering needs. Allergies or dietary restrictions must be declared upfront, as Easel & Co accepts no responsibility for issues arising from external catering arrangements.
Emergency
In the event of an emergency, please follow all directions provided by Easel & Co staff. Familiarize yourself with the clearly marked emergency exits in the venue to ensure your safety.
Alcohol
Unless otherwise noted, events serving alcohol are restricted to guests over 18 years of age. Although a liquor licence is not required for a BYO venue under the Liquor Act 2007, Easel & Co takes responsible measures by:
- Refusing entry to intoxicated guests.
- Providing drinking water.
- Encouraging responsible alcohol consumption.
- Asking intoxicated guests to cease drinking or leave the premises.
Accepted BYO options include beer, wine, cider, and premixed sealed beverages. Consumption of shots or straight liquor is not permitted, nor is the introduction of separate products for in-studio mixing. It is illegal to supply alcohol to, or allow consumption by, minors. Easel & Co prohibits underage drinking and reserves the right to eject any guest violating this policy. Fines or penalties may be imposed in accordance with applicable laws.
Our Rights
Easel & Co reserves the right to:
- Refuse entry to guests on a temporary or permanent basis.
- Request that guests leave the premises without a refund if they breach any of these Conditions of Entry.
